Overall very happy with the stay. Loved the staff, clean pool/area, lazy river, amazing fun train ride, location etc. There were a few items that needed attention. Our dog kennel was in disrepair, gate was broken and would not keep animal in. The playground and rock sluice had many maintenance needs. The zipline swing basically doesn't work. Overall a wonderful place and will be back.

We had an amazing time and made reservations for next year before we left. Great Campground!!!! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The campground was very clean and maintained.

We were very much enjoying our stay and I loved the campground, cabin, and pool area...until we found our cabin was infested with bedbugs. I woke up in the night and found them on our covers and coming out of the cracks of the cabin

Campground was very clean and the staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Our deluxe cabin was perfect and clean. We loved it!

We had a lot of trouble out of our cable. The grass was very high but we still love the KOA. THE STAFF WAS GREAT. We have already booked next year. Thx so much.

We think your Koa is the cleanest, convenient, especially when the new gate is put in and used to go to Old Mill. We would not go to another camp ground in Pigeon forge. The staff is very helpful and pleasant.

Our lot 165 was not level. One side really slanted down. It took many try’s to level our trailer with many levelers . The showers were very dirty and no safety bars to hold on to. Not ADA compliant at all and need to be considered for many seniors.

Nice place but the grounds needed a lot of attention. The grass was not cut and the dog area needed some work. Staff were most friendly and knowledgeable. Couldn’t have asked for a friendly group! Bathhouses were clean and taken care of. Would definitely go back!!

Was a very nice stay only here for 2 nights. The park was very clean and in a great location to attractions. Will be back again

Overall a nice stay. Would have loved the dog area to be more accommodating to smaller dogs. Ours could walk right through the gate. Site was nice but would have preferred something not backed up to Patriot Park as the busses run all day. Laundry room was nice, and playground was nice. Full hook up was nice, and location is good for visiting all local exhibits. Quiet at night.

Grass too long needed cutting. Patio big crack . Do want to give shout out to worker who helped us back in very unusual positioned lot don't know name but had glasses and curly hair extremely helpful nice young man . Office staff friendly and helpful.

Location, layout, and amenities of the campground are great unfortunately the RV pads we stayed on were not great and the park maintenance is sub-par, (grass was very long). I could understand this if they charged $50 a night not $100.

Staff was nice great location. Beautiful pool area laundry and bathrooms very clean.The first site we were put was way too small.. We have a 34 ft fifth wheel with 3 slide outs. They move us to another site hard to get into. Roads and sites are tight and small for a bigger rv.

The staff was helpful and knowledgeable about what was going on. The staff emailed confirmation and weather n snack updates. We liked that. The only complaint we have is that it was disappointing to see so many parents drinking by the pool during the day while their kids swam n played. That is not good if those kids had gotten hurt they could not drove or have been good help.

It rained most of time However you could walk to trolley station. You could walk to Old Mill Restaurant. It was so convenient. And koa store had a lot of supplies. Over all nice.

The entirety of staff are always welcoming and accommodating. May be one of the cleanest KOAs we stay at. Everyone is always smiling and willing to help. Love your place. I wish the garbage pick up wasn’t at 3 am though.

We came with 3 other motorhomes 3rd time being there in 6 years, They put us in a muddy wet hole . The concrete patio was all broken an sticking up very unkept. left a full day early.. Will probably not be back.. Always had better accomadations... Had to run 25 ft of sewer hose to reach the drain on the lot behind me..

We enjoyed our 3 night stay very much. The location of this KOA is, in one word, Great. Convenience to the Smoky Mountains, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge is right here. We stayed in a cabin not too far from the pool and office area and thought it would be crowded and noisy but during our stay it was quiet and unassuming. A larger TV and a new couch(vinyl cracked severely) is needed. Recommend

Friendly Service, early check in to experience the atmosphere, lazy river and the hot tub was why we came as well as the cabins up by the shower house. Please keep them instead of the raised platform tents. They are affordable and they give a real camping experience.
